A lifelong Lancaster resident, David received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Franklin and Marshall College, and, after graduate work at The Pennsylvania State University, earned his Juris Doctor at the Dickinson School of Law.
He has been admitted to practice before The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and The U.S. Supreme Court. He has been a divorce master and has received a number of appointments by judges, such as master in partition.
David’s community involvement includes having served as President of Lancaster Sertoma Club (which operates the world’s largest chicken barbecue annually at Lancaster’s Long’s Park).
He has served as President of Family and Children’s Service of Lancaster County. David has served as President of the Donegal Society.
David is deeply involved in church affairs, and an avid reader of science fiction. The Wagenseller family includes his wife, Linda, and a son and a daughter. Mr. Wagenseller, III is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall B.A. cum laude, 1968, Dickinson School of Law, J. D., 1974 and is a Member Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lancaster Bar Association.
